Congratulations to the Oxford Orchestras for their fine work in each event at District Orchestra Festival on Friday, the 26th and Saturday, the 27th!

Concert and Symphony Orchestras both received I's for their fine performances. Symphony Orchestra received "straight I's" - a huge feat!

7th and 8th Grade Orchestra received solid II's for their fine performances of challenging repertoire!

Huge thanks to all the students and parents of Oxford Orchestras for your hard work and dedication to our program! Congratulations!

The Oxford Chamber Orchestra was featured in the news! The Chamber Orchestra performed during dinner before the weekly board meeting and will be featured as an ensemble at Wayne State's Honors String Day. Skip ahead to 15:00 to see our Orchestras featured!

If you are interested in purchasing a DVD of the Oxford Orchestras performances, please see the attached OCTV Order Form below.

DVDs are $10.00 + $2.50 for shipping fees. You can send the form and payment to the OCTV studios or give them to Ms. Frakes. These DVDs are a wonderful keepsake of the hard work we do in Orchestra and also support our community!

Please consider donating goods for the afterglow following the performances of our Winter Concert. You can sign up for specific goods at the following SignUpGenius and can drop off the goods starting at 6:00 PM in the Oxford Fine Arts Center.

Dear Oxford Orchestra Families,

Welcome to the 2015-2016 Oxford school year! I am very excited to be your new orchestra teacher and to be part of a fabulous team of educators in Oxford Public Schools. To learn more about me, please click here.

I hope you will take an opportunity to look at this new website. I spent a good chunk of time creating it so that we can be more easily connected with each other. I will be posting updates, forms and documents, fundraising opportunities, and resources for parents and students. I have added some new social media features as well, including Facebook and Remind.
